Whataburger - Sherman

Let's be honest: inflation has driven prices up across the board. Even my go-to #2 with cheese and spicy ketchup increased by a dollar. However, after putting in some extra hours at work on a Saturday, the consistently excellent service and the satisfying experience of a double with cheese made it all worthwhile. Despite the bustling crowd on this lovely afternoon in northern Texas, the Whataburger team still managed to get my order right!

After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru, I had to go inside to get the items that were missing from my order. When I got home, I discovered that my gravy looked like whitish water, the cinnamon roll tasted akin to children's play dough (and I'm not exaggerating; I've actually tasted play dough and it has a distinct unpleasant flavor), and my eggs contained multiple pieces of eggshell. However, when I called to report this, I was told that it couldn't be possible since they use a liquid egg product. This left me questioning what those shards actually were. To their credit, they did offer to replace the items on my next visit, but I won’t be returning.

I visit this location nearly every day, not just because the food is good—it's actually great. I keep coming back because the place is consistently clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. One staff member in particular, Rebecca, always stands out. She greets me as soon as I walk in and asks how I'm doing, and I make sure to return the sentiment. She takes my order and knows what I want before I even say it. Keep up the excellent work!

Good visit. I got a double jr. meal modded only mayo pickle bacon no cheese. It was made correctly, had good temp and was delicious. My fries were hot, I add salt and pepper but also delicious. My coke had the correct mix and I had plenty of ice.Other locations I have visited have me turned off from the brand but I would go back to this location.

Whataburger features the largest burger I’ve ever had. Initially, I was taken aback by the price of one.
