The Sandbox Cafe - Ship Bottom

My mother was born and raised on the island and her parents still live in her childhood home. We often visit each other since we are living in Vermont and my aunt suggested we come here. Wow! I've never been so full in my life! The blueberry garrison pancakes were amazing and I have to recommend the cinnamon toast cruz french toast - so delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive and the entire atmosphere was great. It was a little noisy, but there is not much you can do! A great place to have an amazing meal... you will definitely have leftovers! The pancakes are massive and tasty, the best pancakes I've ever had! Smashed!

This is the best breakfast we've ever had on the island, and we've been coming for years! I wish we had discovered this little gem earlier. The specials are fantastic, the food is delicious, the service is friendly with a smile, and we loved the atmosphere. It's definitely worth making the short trip to the other side of Beach Haven. I can't wait to come back!

Best breakfast we've ever had on the island and we've been coming for years!! Wish we explored and found this little gem sooner! The specials are fabulous. Food is excellent, friendly service with a smile and loved the atmosphere. So worth the short drive to the other side from Beach Haven. Can't wait to go back :

Hands down our favorite restaurant both locations. The sizzlers custom made to order Oreo is a fav along with peanut butter and jelly), the pancakes are the best on the island, baked Parmesan egg is worth the wait. Lunch is my favorite the Bada Bing wrap!!! In addition to great food the owners are the nicest people who truly care about what they serve. 10 stars!!!
