B R Tamales - Shreveport

We miss you and are keeping you in our thoughts. It has been over 2 months since we closed. We are longing for the delicious taste of those mole dishes. As for kid-friendliness, they are simply delicious and not too spicy for children.

I absolutely adore these tamales! They are the top-notch in town, however the restaurant is only open three days a week. Sometimes it can be challenging to make it there with their limited hours of operation.

Some of the best tamales I’ve ever eaten. They make spicy and mild. Both are excellent! Very reasonably priced.

Her tamales are the best but I went 2 weeks ago and she wasn't open but website said she was. Does anyone know if she'll be open this Thursday? Aggravating to drive all the way over and she's closed.

The tamales simply melt in your mouth and are delicious. I bought five dozen for $60.00 for my sister in California and she absolutely adores them. I had to ship them via FedEx overnight for $198.00, which really speaks to their quality. While they are quite pricey, we really love them!
