Although I’m not an expert, it was clear to me how much effort Chef Marcus and his team put into creating their Peranakan-inspired menu. Ken, our host, was fantastic—he engaged with us, sharing insights and personal anecdotes that added to the experience. What’s particularly impressive is their monthly rotation of a head chef from the trio, who is responsible for developing the menu from scratch. This concept emphasizes change and growth, with the goal of helping these chefs improve during their year-long tenure. I definitely plan to return with friends. Best of luck to the team!

Every dish in the 9-course Peranakan-inspired menu crafted by Chef Marcus Leow is absolutely fantastic! Each course is thoughtfully created, showcasing unique and creative flavors. My favorite was definitely the dessert at the end—the corn kueh salat paired with corn husk tea! I can't wait to visit once a month from now on!
