We decided to try them after we had disappointing meals both in Sherwood and Blue Water and we are so glad that we decided to branch out. Food is good and they are on changes that you want to make. Service was excellent both times. For our second visit I asked a table near the front door when I made my reservation (broken foot) and that is what we have. Make room for dessert at least for the Gelato. It is the perfect end of the meal. Prices are reasonable and the service and food are great. We look forward to our next visit!
Eat here the first time on the other day. After 4 a.m. (her opening hours) for dinner. decided to try them after they smell the BBQ behind their facility that they started the day before. Wife and I decided to try her pulled pork/breast comb. Well, normally you would think that anything but traditional Italian cuisine in an Italian style would be blasphemy. But this place brings some CNY BBQ joints to shame. Was the best bride I had in the area. Perfect bark with some burned ends. Juicy and SO a lot of taste in every bite. The pulled pigs and beans weren't too scaffolded. Your free bread dipped in oil was excellent. Service was great and very courteous, and the place was very cozy and picturesque, a bit far from the side of the hectic of the village centre. Will definitely be back, and again, and again.
This is the second time I?ve dined here. The food was very good and the service was as well. I will say that the menu hasn?t changed much in 3 years but still high quality. Great choices for their wine selection. I would recommend the Col Di Sasso Sangiovese. We started with raw oysters which were so good. Had to ask for horseradish. For entrees, we had the seafood cioppino and the squash ravioli. The portions were smaller but very tasty. I have to say that it used to have a more upscale feel in past then now.
Honestly a meal here never disappoints. During the night of COVID, we would order take out and it was delicious. The Italian food here is great, but when I dined in I decided to get some sushi. Super delicious, good wine, and yummy gelato. Shout out to our waiter, Toney, who was great.
Good food. Staff was a little slow but one of the guys (tony) made up picking up that we were starting to get a little annoyed that staff keeping passing our table without noticing us. The desert (key lime pie) was superb.
