Galore Fried Chicken And Pizza

"I had a fantastic meal with excellent service! I ordered takeout for dinner, and the cost per person was between $30 and $50. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5, while the service was great, rated at 4. The atmosphere, however, was a bit average, scoring a 3. I highly recommend trying the fried chicken!"

The food is decent, but they struggle with consistency. We've been ordering from this restaurant for years and have been forgiving about the occasional incorrect order because it's convenient and halal. However, recently it seems like they're making more mistakes than ever, which is really disappointing. We always order the same dishes and confirm the details both over the phone and in person, yet there's still uncertainty about whether we'll receive what we actually wanted. When I tried to call for a refund, they didn't answer, and we've raised this issue with them multiple times.
