Snappy Kitchen - Somerville

Fantastic tonkotsu ramen and steamed buns, made to order in a small space in Davis Square. The staff is very attentive and accommodating, and we felt welcome with small children. The soups are extremely delicious, but also very rich and heavy with generous helpings or pork belly and shitake. So probably not something I could eat every day, but oh so good!

Nice atmosphere and portions are a very good size and ratio of noodle to broth. Shoyu ramen had great flavor and spicy pork also good.

One of best Ramen in Boston area. Creamy broth with NO msg. Sprout taste match to noodle and soup. Friendly staff : high ceI long and Brooklyn style brick wall makes us cozy. Must try !!!!!!
