This is one of the worst Sainsbury's. I only visit as the nearest. Its badly run shelves often empty. Staff not that helpful.

Rayleigh cafe so so slow. Staff move at snails pace!!! All for employing older people but not making the coffee. They seem utterly baffled by the machines

Always slow service and I always get the impression the staff on the till are on their first day at work. Food can be ok, if they have it!
