Ordered delivery on the app and it took over 2 hours called and called they kept putting us on hold and eventually hung up...had to go to the location South Bound Brook NJ, because my order was over $50 and didn't want to waste the money. My kids were so hungry, thanks South Bound Brook Dominos...the absolute worst
Every time I come here and get a pizza the whole outside is burnt including most of the cheese on top. They need to fix the heat of their oven. I came in and the worker said did I want anything else I didn’t hear him and said “huh” he proceeds with a attitude repeating himself as he’s walking over with the pizza i’m like that’s mine? Because it very burnt. He exclaims how it’s not so I decided to cancel my order and the Worker who was serving me was even more upset and snatched the receipt and threw the pizza box behind him.
Garbage way to make pizza This operation location sucks Just do your job or close up shop They need a zero star for the owner manager staff who makes the pizza
Literally give anywhere else your money. My friends and I came to pick up an order from half an hour ago in the pouring rain outside and all the doors were locked TWO HOURS before close. We banged on them and the staff gave us dirty looks and didn’t answer. Once we finally got in and asked for our order, they said it would take ten minutes to make. We told them we ordered half an hour ago and showed them the time stamp on the screenshot of the order confirmation and the manager lied and said a new policy that Dominoes has for new customers is that they can’t make the food unless the customer picks up a phone call from them. We showed that none of us received a call and it doesn’t make sense because my friend that ordered isn’t a new customer. Manager kept lying through his teeth and tried to gaslight us into thinking we received a call but we didn’t. That policy also makes no sense considering that most people don’t pick up the phone while driving. Why not a text or email confirmation? I am writing this as my two friends and i have been sitting in the cold in this restaurant for the past twenty minutes, having ordered an hour ago by now. The food is still not ready , the staff is giving us dirty looks, and they are on their phones. Corporate needs to check in on this branch. Literally worse than hell.
I do not recommend it if you arrive at the place and you will notice many flies inside.
