Burger King - South Chicago Heights

You will be the only person in the drive-through or store and they still will mess your order up. This the worse Burger King in the south suburbs. Close it already

Me and my wife ordered on the app tonight. The app let us place the order. Goggle maps said it was open. When we pulled up the open sign was on. But the restaurant was dark, like most of the lights had been turned off. We pulled up to the drivethru and an employee told us they were closed. Burger King has really gone down hill lately. Not sure if their restaurant is the problem or the app. But it 's just a disappointment. Too many bad experiences at Burger King lately.
