The Boatshed Cafe - South Perth

View from the Boatshed Cafe are undeniably spectacular. But that's it. The cafe has recently gone more upmarket - no more family fun ice creams etc - only pricey Gelato more for adults than kids. The breakfast prices and portion value were poor. Chairs have angled legs which make getting in and out awkward when the cafe is full. Overall I wouldn't come back for a meal.

I only really go here for coffee and an occasional muffin. Its a beautiful spot but the cafe is so tiny that it's a tight spot to wait for coffees, which usually seems to take a while. The muffins aren't particularly great but are ok. Overall it's worth a visit.

Such a pricey cafe indeed???? The food was pretty good. Presentation was okay. But I guess that's the price you pay when you're literally beside this amazing view of the Swan River and the city?

We have been to the Boatshed many times and it is a fabulous view at a price! The food is good but coffee is average depending on who makes it.
