When I arrived, I waited for a loudspeaker, but no one said something, as there were 2 cars ahead, I just moved forward. when I came into the window after the 2 cars got in front of her, I told the cashier that I had a mobile order, and they advised on the back that they needed the 2 items I asked, and I heard someone call out, I just used the last of them or something similar. I heard she said they needed to make new ones. it took about 10-15 minutes after she had pointed out that and eating itself was good, but when I came home to eat, I noticed the note from the kitchen that I did not really appreciate. the food itself was good, but I don't think it was worth traveling out of my way to make sure that I was able to get to a Burger king that was opened a little later.
Bought bacon king 2 for $7 deal got at home no speck on both. no salt on frits, no ketchup, straws were handed over for me to choose one or one cup. called, I had 24 hours to replace the burgers. who wants to follow burger 2 days? this is not an everyday event for us.
This location is so convenient for me and yet every time they drop the ball. Well we got served a raw burger. There is no excuse for this. It's dangerous and disgusting. We will never go back again.
Sat in the drive thru for too long waiting to order. I decided to go in instead. I was the only customer in there. Waited at least 20 minutes for my order of 3 burgers. Only one person making the food. He absolutely was not even attempting to prepare the food quickly. Actually it looked like he was intentionally working slow. So disappointed.
I pulled into the drive through with a single simple order on Halloween night. Only 1 car was in the line ahead of me. In fact it was the only car the entire time. I pulled in at 6:pm. By 6:16 I finally received my order! At one point I asked for my order to be handed out the first window since the only car in front of me was at the second window now waiting for the order.... The young girl/boy said NO not I can 't or ill check whats taking so long just NO. No apologies no customer service (Well it is burger king, what am I thinking. However I like impossible whoppers) I actually shut my car off because gas is not cheep. This is an on going issue many times but it 's near my home and gym. Super slow service nearly every time but this was the worst yet. Not to mention the food quality was terrable. Tasteless and naturally cold. Not going back. Gotta wonder where 's the manager? Two cars 16 minutes.......
