Dunkin' - Spring Hill

Every time I visit this place, they seem to mess up my latte. The last one had granulated sugar in it, and today’s had no flavor whatsoever. I only order one thing! How difficult can it be to combine caramel, milk, and espresso in a cup?

I'm sure the food is great, but we pre-ordered our coffee here for a large event, and when we arrived the day of they said they had sold out the day before. Obviously not world ending, but a call or text would have been a massive help as we had to go without coffee for our event.

We ordered a few boxes of coffee on Saturday afternoon, and when we showed up on Sunday morning at the scheduled time they said they’d sold out of boxes of coffee and didn’t have any. What’s the point of ordering it ahead of time? Meal type: Other
