Contribuisci feedbackTerrible. I ordered through the TB app. $25 worth of food, $35 with fees/delivery, whatever. Dasher arrives with a bag with my receipt taped to it. Not a single thing I ordered in the bag. Completely wrong, even the drinks. Call the store, manager says oh it’s the dashers fault. No ma’am, the dasher looked at the receipt you put on the bag and grabbed that one. It’s incompetence with the TB employee who labeled the bags. Oh well we can’t refund or remake for free. Okay well is the bag with my food still there? I’ll come grab it. No it’s gone. Didn’t want to take any responsibility. Girl who made you a manager? Do better. I’ll call and get it refunded or dispute the charge on my card, that’s not a big deal. It’s wild these people think they deserve more money, you get better wages if you deserve it. Mistakes happen, there’s no way you couldn’t have fixed it and customer service? Where?
Ask for extra cheese on my taco Supremes I was halfway down the road when I happen to look at the taco and see this. Got a refund the manager was really nice. I will never be back again just not worth it.
I had a great all-around experience but I have to give a shout out to a certain employee there that goes by the name of Fernando!!! That young man went above and beyond with some of the best customer service experience I've ever had. That kid is going places, he has such a kind heart and made my experience one of the best I've ever had!!! Thank you Fernando
The better of the taco bells in the area for sure but they defintely have issues when the volume picks up.
This Taco Bell absolutely requires you to use a kiosk to purchase your meal. Because of this, I will not return. The food was good, the service was slow and the staff were not very helpful.
