Kfc - Springfield

I've generally had a great experience with this restaurant. The food is delicious, and I've rarely encountered any issues. There was just one time when they got my order wrong, but I didn’t make a fuss since their power had gone out due to the wind. Once it came back on, they became quite busy. Overall, I usually enjoy good service and great food here.

I felt a bit sorry for the woman at the counter, as she appeared tired and overwhelmed. However, the chicken sandwiches were quite tasty! It's clear that employee burnout in fast food is a serious issue.

I visited KFC today and ordered a large mashed potatoes with gravy. When I got home, I discovered that the lid on the gravy was not secured at all; it was just tossed into the bag. This is the third time this has happened! Usually, I can salvage it, but not this time—the gravy was actually spilled into the bag. When I picked it up, it fell right to the floor! If I could give a half-star rating, I definitely would!

I found an amazing deal using a coupon for a family meal. The staff at this restaurant are super friendly, and I’ve never had any issues with the food here.

I won't be coming back to this restaurant. The staff was unfriendly, and my chicken was undercooked. To add to the frustration, they forgot two of my orders, and when I called to address the issue, they suggested I go somewhere else. I've had experiences with KFC before, but this will certainly be my final visit.
