Kfc - Spruce Grove

2 chicken wraps and a chicken bowl for me, and my wife had chicken strips and a chicken bowl as well (the bowls were for leftovers, we aren't pigs Lol.The lettuce in the wraps was fresh, and the chicken was perfectly crispy. Highly recommend.

Said there system was down. Paid online. Wouldn't give me my food. Stole money !!! Then the people there blamed the online order system instead of saying sorry and giving me my food. I even had a receipt on email and confirmed

Ordered through Skip. Most of the meal was okay (lukewarm, but delivery can do that). Chicken was dry and old, and I could tell it had been under a heat lamp awhile. Skin was discolored.Called the store to make them aware, just received excuses back about how it was busy, Skip driver may have taken too long, etc. Manager eventually tried to make amends, but by that point I just didn't want anything more to do with the store.

Food is always done properly. But I have yet to visit drive thru and not be asked to wait in parking lot. To be fair it could be the plant based burger that causes that though.Chicken is always cooked properly.Really wish their app and website worked properly for online ordering though.Vegetarian options: My son loves the plant based burger.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but they don't have a negative 10! I don't think this was even kfc recipe was gross and dry! Gravy tasted more like beef gravy, I think kfc should do a quality control visit but they don't care as long as they get their franchise fee! The online survey don't even work keeps telling me it has expired! It seems StAlbert and Spruce Grove are doi the same thing and substituting garbage for the real thing!
