Swiss Chalet - Spruce Grove

Top notch. Been here a few times to the takeout area and the dine in area, everytime has been very good, very fast for takeout, and the servi ce in the dine in area was excellent.

Great Experiance. Me and my family went to the Spruce Grove location on Friday night as we heard great things about the location since the West end is now closed. From walking in the front door we were greated by two young ladies that were very nice they seated my family very quickly and our server was at our table withing minutes.<br/ <br/ Our servers name was Reggie and he was very impressive with his personality and ability to remeber all of our orders and read all of them back to make sure nothing was wrong. <br/ <br/ We found out that this location is a test store for a new menu of pasta and rice bowl dishes, I had a full rack of ribs and a loaded baled potatoe, my wife had what they called the chipotle Linguine and our 2 kids had the kids pasta and vegtables.<br/ <br/ Our meals came within 10 minutes of orderering, the full rack was actually a full rack and not 2 halfs that most restaurants do, the pasta dish of my wife was a 10 of 10 lots of flavor and more then enough to take home. The portion sizes for our kids was unreal for the price we paid.<br/ <br/ By the time we were ready to leave the restaurant was full and a wait at the door, the atmosphere for a swiss chalet was great to see, I will give our experiance a 9.5 of 10 as I have never given a 10. <br/ <br/ To add it was nice to see a manager come by our table to ask how every thing was, he chatted about the new dishes and even bout desert for us. I must say I have eaten at most of the Swiss Chalets in Edmonton and this location has it right,<br/ <br/ Keep up the great work and we will be back<br/ <br/ Jody and family

Best Place in Spruce Grove. My husband and I eat at this location often and cant say enough about the quality of food Great service. People need to remember this is not a fast food (drive through) restaurant, we have never had to wait an excess of time, however id rather my food be cooked and what I want then feel like im being rushed in and out. Spruce Grove has some new menu items also and the Butter chicken is amazing if your willing to try something different the portion size is great. I will continue to dine at Swiss Chalet in Spruce grove and strongly recommend this restaurant to others.

I really enjoyed our in house meal here. It's a bit crowded and loud at dinner but the food is good and fairly priced. Deliver, however, is another story. It was cold, soggy fries and the messed up our order. I will never do delivery from them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!. Not sure how somebody could give a negative review. My hubby and I go her biweekly and we have had NO complaints. Fresh food, friendly staff and food is always out quickly. Compared to BP and other neighbouring restaurants Swiss Chalet shines.
