While I have had some decent meals, I have noticed that they frequently make mistakes such as missing items from my order or not heating items properly. It's good for a quick fix, but quality can be inconsistent.
We decided to have food delivered to our workplace, but it turned out to be a terrible choice - we should have opted for takeout instead. While the food we received was mostly good, there were some issues. The chips were cold, one of the burgers was missing, and the delivery was expensive. When I called to report the missing burger, they initially said they would send it right away. However, an hour later, I called again only to be told that they had tried to contact me but couldn't reach me. They claimed I hadn't paid for the burger in my order and would now be charged for it. I agreed and asked them to send it again. Two hours later, I still hadn't received anything. We have never had problems when getting takeout from this restaurant, but this delivery experience was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We have decided not to order delivery from Red Rooster again.
I always get my catering chicken's from here and I've never been disappointed. Orders can be placed well ahead for Xmas.
The staff is very fast and friendly, the surroundings are clean, and the prices are low. The loyalty card offers a free birthday lunch with a month of validation.
