New Asia Market - Stallings

I’ve been coming to this store for over 10 years. Fresh produce and a great selection. I have no issues finding great food here.

One of the best Asian Markets in Charlotte. Coming from NYC, there is plenty of ethnic stores. So compared to NYC, Asian markets are few and far between. Most are in the South Blvd area.

I decided to start by this place randomly after filling up at Shell. Was very happy I did because they had some things. I was looking for. Black sesame seeds which were half the price that they charge at the supermarkets. They have European eggplant which they call Chinese eggplant. It's the long one with white and purple stripes. I haven't seen this anywhere else. I cooked them and they were really good. The vegetables were reasonably priced. I also picked up some baby bok choy. I got some Korean sesame pancakes. These are like crepes if you know how to cook them properly. The prices were really good! Also found some frozen spring roll wrappers. I can't find these anywhere else. I think they were only $2. The people working at the cash register were very friendly. I didn't buy anything from the food court but noticed they had a lot of things. I definitely will be going back

You must spend $5 to use your credit or debit card. I feel that should be posted because they have an amazing bakeryand I you just want one item you need cash. Which I never have ?
