Panera Bread - Staten Island

First time here since a few yrs..had myself a caramel latte with a customized Mediterranean sandwich. Not bad...much better than the other location on SI..

I ordered $40 worth of breakfast which was equivalent to four sandwiches, but the bottom line. I asked for extra avocado and two of sandwiches, and instead of slicing the avocado I got two big wedges on each sandwich, not even covering the whole sandwich,which I don?t understand, paid an astronomical amount for the sandwich, it was nine dollars plus $1.39 extra for the extraavocado which turned out to be a wedge, keep in mind this is one egg on bread with avocado no meat nothing else. I mean I paygood money I expect to get decent food especially for the price that I?m paying. I?m only writing this now because it?s happenedto me several times already. I?m disabled and I am very limited to choices to what I can eat and I happen to like Panera butthey have to start making the sandwiches (right) better or make them cheaper so this way, at least you pay for. It seems thefood portions are getting smaller and smaller and the prices are higher and higher. Now I know we are seeing inflation. Whatbusinesses are doing now is just taking advantage of the consumer to help their food cost. The local Panera comes in with a goodnumbers managers get their bonuses employees get nothing as usual, and I know all of this because I was in the food industry.Then after that I went into retail, so trust me I know what I?m talking about and I know what corporate is telling you all. Nexttime I order Panera, I will certainly take pictures to show you exactly what I?m talking about. Unfortunately, I forgot to takethem.

That's probably the worst panera I was on. what is the point of order when they refuse to put their drink on the fast pick up regal? should they rather set up in register to get a cup? Why don't they just leave them like other paneras? Food: 4/5

So suppe's okay, not too hot. chicken sandwich is less fun, can not recommend. flatbread are ok large portion for a person. overall too expensive for what they get. yuzu citrus tee is good! food: 2/5

Today my experience was terrible. I wait my suppe 30 min and they forget my limonade. suppe was really cold and when I asked kevin to warm it up. he said it was her problem. this is terrible customer service
