High West Distillery - Summit Park

This is a unique venue for weddings. We recently provided services for a black tie wedding event here including an outdoor ceremony, sound, lighting, and our 360 photo booth experience and it was an incredible celebration where the dancing went until midnight! We added our cold spark fountains and dancing on the clouds and it was incredible to see the energy and excitement of the crowd that went for hours.

Had lunch with my family at the Refectory which is located on Blue Sky Ranch. There is a gift shop on site that also sells their High West Distillery whiskey and ancillary products. My brother loves their whiskey and wanted to visit the facility. I had the Bison Tacos and shared some of the Utah trout with my brother for lunch. Both were excellent. Another family member had the bison hash and said it was the best he ever had. The only complaint was we all felt the fries were over salted, but were well cooked. The ranch is gorgeous with spectacular views. There is a 5 star hotel on the property (did not visit or stay) and an indoor dressage horse facility.

Brunch was excellent, the Refectory, Distillery and grounds are beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We had a wonderful Sunday morning there and would highly recommend it.

We had a great time. We did the deep dive distillery tour. We learned so much. Then we had brunch. The food and atmosphere was amazing. Will definitely be back.

RE: Sunday Brunch Honestly, all I can say is reviewers have very low standards. The portion control methods they implement are ridiculous. The food at best is mediocre. There is absolutely nothing to warrant such high ratings especially for the prices charged. Service less than average.
