The young woman working tonight was on her own, but you would never have noticed it given how efficiently she managed everyone's orders. You are very fortunate to have her on your team!

The coffee here is quite good, but unfortunately, the food leaves much to be desired. They never seem to get my order right, regardless of how many times I repeat it. The bagels are consistently overcooked, and when I ask for cream cheese on the side, they always put it on the bagel instead. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel, and I'm guessing the bagel was stale because, even when toasted, it was extremely tough to bite into—I couldn't even finish it. I'm regularly disappointed with both the food's texture and its presentation. It's really not that difficult to get an order correct.

Clerk blew her nose and didn't wash her hands then came to the register to take my order and wiped her snotty nose with her hands. If they are that unsanitary in front of you, just imagine what they do when you can't see them. I realize they need tostaff the place, but shouldn't settle for people who were raised by wolves.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I found myself standing at the counter as the only customer, with the staff bustling around like chipmunks while completely overlooking me. I tried ordering ahead, but my order slip just sat on the counter until I arrived. When I got there, they remembered to make my coffee but completely forgot about my food order.
