Contribuisci feedbackThey were closed at a wrong time. I went in there around 1:46 pm which is according to Google and Subway, it’s supposed to be open, but for some reason it’s closed. I dnt see anyone in the store. I just see everything on but no one in there and the door locked.
Ok so today I had the most horrible experience today at this subway location!! I went on my lunch break to get a simple 6 inch veggie delight and the worker there made my sandwich so nasty and rude he had a attitude and had a face the whole time like I was disturbing him for him providing me a service that HE GETS PAID FOR! I asked for cheese he literally put one slice of cheese and once it got toasted the little one slice was nothing all this bread and ONE SLICE OF CHEESE !! I told him to put more cheese and then he retoasted my sandwich MADE MY SANDWICH ROCK HARD!!! And then I told him the veggies I would like he literally was sooooo cheap with the veggies like if he was paying for the veggies from his pockets. Like this is unacceptable WHY DO MAJORITY OF THE WORKERS IM SUBWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM SERVING THE PUBLIC???? Why do they work in a business to that offers these services and they NEVER HAVE A SMILE ON THEIR FACE THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOUR BENEATH THEM LIKE IM PURCHASING THIS WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY I EXPECT NOTHING LESS THAN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! GET NEW EMPLOYEES OR SHUT THE BUSINESS DOWN BECAUSE THIS IS THE 2nd subways location that the employees are rude as **** and if I had enough time to tell him a piece of my mind I would've 100% this is poor excuse for customer service I stand strong on that they need to refund my money not only for the unpleasant experience for for making a disgusting sloppy ass sandwich
This location is the worst, never have bread choices, workers don't really know the menu, and truly have zero customer service standards to the point of being rude. They actually seem annoyed that they have to come out from the back to help you. I love this neighborhood and really try to support the local businesses,but sadly I'm done with this one.
Unfortunately customer service at this location is absent. I ordered a sub through the Subway app for delivery. That means Subway decided how to deliver the food to me. It never arrived. I had to put a complaint on the app to get a response as they never answer the phone when I called. The supposed owner offered to honor my order but when I when to the restaurant the person in charge there refused to honor the full order. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone especially delivery.
Sandwich was great until my very last bite. Felt like i broke my tooth almost l. A piece of broken plastic
