Herbisaurus - Sydney

Cakes were pretty good, not too sweet. Pies were great. Staff were super friendly.

Herbisaurus was such a treat! Food was delicious, sweet and savoury and the staff were so kind and friendly. The custard tart was delicious as were the pies, lamingtons and cupcakes!

For people who prefer savoury over sweet: their savoury selections were incredible! I had a classic sausage roll and a chicken schnitzel sandwich. Their sausage roll is amazing as always and the schnitzel sandwich was a playground of texture! Crisped top layer of the sandwich bread, fresh crunchy vegetables, tasty condiments to add some moisture, and good ole schnitzel in the middle. The people were lovely too. They were patient and very kind. Totally recommended. (Also don't be shy to ask for specific item from the display, even if the display is empty... they do refill them)

The desserts were incredible, can not wait to try more! the hot cake rolls were good, but I feel that the bake could be easily improved.

Such an amazing place. can not blame, delicious food that I think they could not give a vegan and they wouldn't know that they eat the plant based! it is refreshing to find some good vegan options
