I stumbled into Al Fresco's after seeing a few pictures of their pizza and after one bite, I knew it was the real deal. The sauce, the dough, the cheese. It felt like I was back in Italy. I asked the server if the owner was Italian and turns out he was sitting behind me. We got to talking and realized we both had the same last name and our families were from the same region in Italy. Small world! Moral of the story is, if you're looking for an authentic Italian restaurant in Bohol, look no further!

Do not miss this place when you’re in Bohol!!! The owner is Italian so the food is authentic we had olives (first time in 4 months!! and they are imported from Italy and delicious. Me and my partner both had pasta dishes which were excellent. They were great portion sizes and served with garlic bread. The owner came to speak to us and is very passionate about his food and was lovely to speak to. His wife is from the Philippines and they also offer authentic Philippino food. Really great experience also if you like a ‘kick’ to your food ask for their homemade chilli sauce on the side! Tastes amazing!

The worst service evher. The owner angry with his wife. Waiting so long time to getting my food. When the food serve , give us wrong food and one dish missing. Owner come and say only we have many guest, what is the Shame to Al fresco
