Boss American Bistro - Tagbilaran

We ordered the Boss Burger Jr, Parmesan Fries, Tomato Pasta, and Mac n Cheese. They were all delicious. The restaurant offers Wifi and parking space. However, the acoustics were not to my liking as it was too quiet with no background restaurant music. We were the only customers at the time. The staff was just okay. The presentation of the dishes was also cool. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.

Not worth the price in our opinion. But if you are longing for "American" BBQ type food, then I guess it's ok. I say stick to Phillipine local food, and be happy.

Great ribs - will try parmesan fries next time with the ribs just around the corner - REAL CONVENIENT MAYBE TOO MUCH SO I plan on visiting weekly

The family decided to try this resto since it is not far from our home. I ordered the BBQ'd ribs and the others had the wings. Ribs were big and meaty wings were crispy with a nice glaze. Asawa couldn't finish the wings and wanted to take them home for later. She was that if she did not finish them we would be charged DOUBLE price. This upset us. If this was an "all you can eat" Buffett this policy would make sense but this is an a la carte resto. We wanted to like this resto but was turned off by the ultimatum. So Boss American Bistro has lost a repeat customer forever.

Heard it from my workmates.. the bistro is a bit small and not that known to tricycle drivers. Tried the ribs, tastes good however not that "fall off the bone" i was looking for but u dont really expect a 5star meal with a 200 peso meal. (-)No dessert(-)AC malfunctioned
