Harbour City Dimsum House - Tagbilaran

I know you are trying to be eco friendly, but please be considerate sometimes, don't give foodpanda order to the rider in a paperbag when you know that the rain is pouring

Service was good so as the crew and of course the food. I tried some Dimsum food before but this one is above my expectation. I probably come back here with my Husband

Ok food. Didn't know what to expect. Didn't leave disappointed but not overwhelmed either.

Although the food is tasty based on my previous visitson my visit I was amazed how bad the customer service was. In my time there although I counted about 15 staff members, no one was willing to serve me. When I was Seated I was told that my order would be taken shortly. A few minutes later a trolly arrived with steamed food, I ordered 1 steamed item then asked to order some fried items. I was rudely told to order from the other trolly as he pointed to it. So I waited , and waited for about 25 minutes. The whole time not one of the other staff even acknowledged me. Eventually I decided to leave, feeling very unwelcome and hungry. Needless to say I won’t be going back

The atmosphere is very calm. The staff are friendly. However, when we order, and when we say something on the menu, the waiter would then walk away from us to ask the head if the said item was available, which was not really great, because he should have known if the item is available or not. The food was quite tasty however the majority of the meals were loaded with shrimp, which means I can't really fully enjoy the meals. They put shrimp on way too many things. I wouldn't suggest this to a person who is allergic to shrimp, because it is everywhere. Overall, decent experience.
