Mcdonald's - Tagbilaran

This is my 2nd time within 3 days. First time it was close to midnight and it was an absolute dreadful experience in regards of the service. Today is my 2nd time it was around 8:30pm when I've entered and received my order almost cold like 50 minutes later. There are 6 screens available to place an order. Obviously they are there to speed up the process of placing an order and receiving the food. It's not called fast food restaurant without any reason. There's a screen above the claiming area with 2 rows of numbers. 1 row is in black where the corresponding number is being prepared and 1 row is in green where the corresponding number is being served. Easy and self explanatory, right? How can one possibly screw this all up? Well come and visit this branch and bring a looot of time and patience with you and witness the incompetence unfold in front of your very eyes. Also have a look at the video I've posted and see for yourself how the new system is being put to use. They're calling out the numbers the old school way making the screen obsolete and therefore creating chaos and confusion through incompetence. I wonder who the manager is?

This is by far one of the worst Maccas branch I have ever experience. The queues are too long (take note: this is during midnight and graveyard time) so one will have to be prepared to wait for a long time. It will truly test your patience especially for a fast food restaurant. Also, the number of times they messed up my order is just disappointing. It's forgivable if it happened only once or twice but beyond that is just frustrating. The reason I go to this branch anyway is that it's the only nearest one in my location, there are times when you crave for one and it's 24/7. Here are some tips for those patrons in this fast food chain is to have patience and check your orders every time. Don't forget to ask them if they have soft serve available for float and other desserts.

I guess I'll say, the staff who prepared my order was being lazy. I ordered 2 burgers with a request of both no onions, pickles, and the other one without ketchup. When I got home, my niece and nephew complained because all the ingredients I said to removed are present
