Wingstop - The Bronx

Oh my goodness, what is wrong with these places? I tried to get some wings, but it seems like all of them are dirty, even the seating area. No gloves, nothing. Disgusting. Forget the wings, I'll get something else instead. I'm driving around trying to find a place with clean wings.

My boyfriend and I were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. When we first arrived, we noticed that the trash can was located right next to the entrance and there were flies buzzing around. Once we were seated, we overheard an employee instructing the cook to ensure that the food was cooked properly, indicating a lack of cooking skills among the staff. The food itself was dry and unsatisfying. Despite this, the service was decent and the front desk lady seemed attentive and caring.

Its very small and they lose my order and mess it up often..

Tables and floors were dirty. Cashier and female manager took my order , said 10-12 mins. End up waiting 49 minutes for my food. Right when I was about to cancel and request a refund is when my food automatically became ready. The food was fresh and hot when I got home. The issue isn’t the food, it’s the wait time. Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth it. They also need to fix their online ordering. It wouldn’t let me order online, it said call the store, I called the store and they NEVER ANSWER. The bundle prices online are cheaper than the in person prices. But the order online feature seems to never work. Very unfortunate
