Fruggies - Tougaloo

Had the strawberry shortcake and it was soooo good!!! Y’all have to try this place!!!

Nutritious and delightful!! My boyfriend and I stumbled across Fruggies one day last year and had to see for ourselves what it was all about. our search for the perfect healthy treat had ended: We come every chance we get. I’ve tried many flavors but you can’t go wrong with Chocolate Covered Cherries?the owner Cedrick is wonderful and we appreciate him and his wife for creating this healthy, fun, friendly location that tops all others!!

I absolutely love the Island Breeze!! I am considering starting my year off with the anytime packs. I purchased 3 on my last visit and they were very handy for busy mornings. This is definitely a healthy spot to visit daily or at least once a week!! You won’t be disappointed….

I recommend the chocolate banana, or the sweet potato pie fruggie, both were delicious! Cedric, the owner, was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the different variations he has to offer! Will be back soon!

Kind owner and delicious food. Had the Blackberry Blast as a meal replacement and it was light yet satisfying. Better than Smoothie King! Our kids also loved with Advocado-apple fruggie and popsicles.
