Bob Earl's Cafe - Trinidad

My family had the most pleasant experience at Bob Earl's Cafe on our trip to Colorado. We stopped here early in the morning and had no wait whatsoever and enjoyed some very delicious breakfast! Both my children were so excited for their hot chocolate with whipped cream and sprinkles.. it made their morning that much sweeter! They also enjoyed HUGE pancakes with lots of syrup .. while I enjoyed a stuffed omelet! Everything was hot and tasty and we had the sweetest waitress! 10/10 recommend!

Good food but don't go for breakfast can't get a table even there are empty tables they will throw you out because the have them reserved for the old geezers that spend what 5 dollars for breakfast when me and my crew spend 40.

We are from Denver. We come to Trinidad about once a year. Bob and Earl's and Lee's bbq are our go-to places. No matter what you order it's great. And, no matter what you order, as the wait staff walks past you with plates of food for other tables you find yourself wishing you had ordered what they had The place does get busy, especially on a Sunday morning, so sometimes it's hard to get a refill on coffee. But small price to pay for an amazing diner experience!

I found this place last Friday while visiting Trinidad and it was excellent! It's a small, family-owned cafe with friendly staff and delicious food. I had the breakfast burrito with green sauce, cheese, salad and tomato which was very filling and tasty. I would love to have it again. My wife had the Bacon and Eggs with French toast and she loved it too! I would definitely recommend coming back here again!

This charming restaurant is family-owned and offers delicious traditional dishes. The service was excellent. Despite reading reviews about slow service, every business has its ups and downs and the server at Bob's did a fantastic job.
