Five Guys - Troy

The food is always delicious, and the service is decent. However, there was some water on the floor under a high table while I was waiting for my meal, as there were no available seats. The staff member seemed quite frustrated, and almost gave me the wrong order if there hadn't been a line to order from. On a positive note, they serve Coca-Cola with pride.

This is definitely the best Five Guys I've ever been to. The two ladies working there make a fantastic team, from the grill to the front counter. They are very personable and engage well with customers. They did a great job perfecting our custom burgers and cooked our fries just right. And wow, the shakes are amazing! I really hope the manager sees this and recognizes the outstanding employees at this location!
