Italia Mia - Troyes

Excellent evening, all products are fresh, natural and homemade. for lovers of tiramisou, don't hesitate, he's a genial. I took a small rose of very pleasant venice in the mouth. The atmosphere is friendly, as at home. owners are coming, in short, we feel good!

We went to this place because of the high rating at TripAdvisor and because of our love for the Italian kitchen. The restaurant has a disconsolate furnishing, the outside looks nice. Now for the food, we were the first customers of the evening so maybe the oven was not hot enough, but my pizza was squelchy. I prefer a nice thin and crispy bottom, but this was the opposite. Thick and squelchy. The topping was ok, however I prefer a little more spicy or more flavor. The special of the day was some kind of pasta. But this looked more like student food, a lot of pasta thrown on the plate with sauce. The taste was acceptable but not really restaurant grade. The desert was reasonable, but again not special. The wine was low cost and not tasteful. Something you would expect in France. I would recommend to pass this restaurant and go to one of the another restaurants in Troyes.

My husband and I had dinner there on a Saturday night, and although we were booked, we could have gotten to the improviser. What's weird because of the excellent cuisine we serve in this restaurant. the card is indeed restricted (a dozen pizzy and a dish of the day) but my husband's pizza was very good and my pesto verde linen was falling down. We're done, though it's pretty copied. we even had a little room for dessert with a choice: nap torte, apricot pie and almond cream or rum baba. A feast! Anyway, it was a very good experience. The most expensive pizza is 15€, always more expensive than italia (I was in the chickens the previous week), but it's the rates in france. and at least in this restaurant, mozzarella, pancetta and scarmoza come from there!!Finally, I greet the good mood of the bosses who know how to taste their products! Bravo, go on like that!

We loved the welcome, and especially the menus. Everything is fresh, and we feel good. Pizzas and menus are varied and delicious! I strongly advise you on their tiramisu!

Always as good this pizza! Too bad that this place is often forgotten of customers ... we come, come back, come back ... and tjs not disappointed ! and for a return of the prodigue child ... to the pascual and valery topbravo!
