At the corner of the smallest and picturesque alley of Troyes, right next to a very nice public garden, the restaurant Pierre et Clément (ex La Mignardise is and remains in my opinion one of the best restaurants in Troyes. Excellent kitchen, attentive and pleasant service, elegant decorations, bright daylight, small terrace too cute summer ... A pleasant and serene place where to enjoy a high quality cuisine. A nice place. Heat. A pleasure to come back every time. Everything is delicious! Staff always as pleasant Do not change anything. Restaurant in love or between adults. Or with a calm child because this place is a relaxing parenthesis!

Excellent discovery of this restaurant located in the alley of the cats. Very good acceuil, cosy atmosphere and everything was excellent from the entrance to the dessert and the service to the height of the establishment. I strongly recommend
