The service was very good. They led us what we like and helped us to order the right items on the menu. My daughter got Hosomaki with some additional articles like Spinat and Aal. Hosomaki was the best we have achieved so far. They looked at our table. Well served. Especially thanks to Koch Nedim and all employees for the amazing experience.
Always create to deliver some great unique flavors in excellent dishes. The only problem here is that they are too popular so that tables can need a waiting time and sometimes they do not have the ability to handle takeout. These are problems for a great place!
Drunken Monkey was amazing! The presentation of the food was incredible, so many colors! I had the rams, delicious. We also ordered edamame with garlic spices on it for the table and it was a big hit. The service was a little slow, but the overall experience made it completely worth it. Internal and external seat. Will be back!
Family and I ordered a few standard choices as well as some impromptus. Everything (real, everything) was great. There was a bit of waiting and service was muded, but this is all expected in a tourist city and they did a great task to get us and fed. Plan ahead... and order a drink while waiting in the terrace and let your child climb the rocks.
The food itself would have got five stars, the serving (the waitresses) however were the slowest I've ever experienced! We went there on a Thursday evening, they were really busy so it took quite a while for us to get seated, around 50 minutes, but it is understandable. The food was absolutely worth the wait, fantastic sushi rolls, very flavorful and balanced. The soup base for the udon is quite good too. But after we finish eating, we waited for almost 30 minutes just to get the check, we had to wave down multiple waitresses and then they just seem to disappear somewhere and never came back. They didn't seem shorthanded, we saw quite a few waitresses during our dinner, they were just all moving at a very slow speed.
