Southcenter Plaza - Tukwila

The night of 12/23/22. I was trying to do self check out. I bought this house flip-flops. I asked her how much it was and asked her to do a price check. I was waiting for a while, and then all of a sudden, I saw her up front. Did not even check. I am guessing the supervisor was the one who helped me check out everything. Plus, they had no bags to put my stuff in. Not only I didn't have a car, but I had no luggage to put my stuff in as my flight got canceled. Luckily, I saw a stray bag on top of the fridge, I was able to carry them. I'm not giving 1 Star for the store, I am giving 1 star for the lady at the self check out lane when the store was closed.

This target is always so clean and bright. It looks like a brand new store. Today as we were going in the store, this lovely young man, Kennedy was his name. Opened the door for us and other customers because he said he was resetting the doors and didn't want us to have to deal with the doors. He was really sweet and a great way to start our shopping. All the staff was helpful and friendly. These days that's huge because just too many people are so unkind these days.

You can pretty much find everything here. Target is one of my go to stores. There’s plenty of parking but sometimes you have to battle the masses on busy weekends or holidays. Give yourself extra time on the weekends or holidays. I wish you could park and walk to most stores, but most of the time you find yourself driving between stores. But still you can find everything you need here.

Target is like a overpriced Walmart. They have 1 checker and self check out line has 4 registers with the line so long its ridiculous . The only reason I gave 2 stars is because some food items are reasonable. Target needs to not mimic Walmart with the 1 register open idea. We pay way more for items at Target that we can get cheaper elsewhere. It's by a mall so it's OK to stop since in the area is why many visit here. Walmart is miles the other way and is in the hood lol.

Called and called. Rang and rang. Over and over again. 45 minutes total. No one answered the phone!!! I went there any way. No, they didn't have what I needed. Wasted my time and gas! Had to go to another Target (Landing) further away, that did answer phone and provided excellent customer service.
