Target - Turlock

It’s not uncommon to see Pizza Hut situated in a Target. In fact I believe it is established in every Target store like the one in Paramus, NJ. Every once in a while, especially with our young son in tow, we’ll indulge at the Target Cafe where it has a variety of simple food selections along with some Pizza Hut offerings. The personal sized pizza comes in a few choices. While it isn’t the biggest of sizes, it usually is enough to satisfy the hunger craving. The breadsticks with marinara sauce is a popular feature as I find myself always picking that up. Other selections on the menu include hot dogs,organic mac cheese, organic yogurt tube, ready made sandwiches, broccoli cheese soup, popcorn, apples w/caramel dip, yogurt parfait, and a variety of drinks. By no means is it a big menu but there’s enough to make someone happy. I am impressed that a few organic items are offered such as the mac cheese, yogurt and milk. The attraction to this particular Target is the fact that a Starbucks is also attached to it. I’m sure this is becoming more common but it does attract a bigger crowd. The dining area is actually kept nice and clean though it does feel a bit cramped. Leave the shopping carts out the area and it’s usually fine. By no means is this a five-star dining experience but there are times when you need a quick bite to eat. Having this located in Target makes sense because shopping can become a hungry experience. It’s not something we do very often but it’s nice to know that the choice is ever present.

This is becoming the latest trend with all Target stores. There is a Pizza Hut express inside that is served with other food items at the Target restaurant. Choices of hot dogs, sandwiches, macaroni cheese and others help those who are hungry get something satisfying. A Starbucks is also present beside the food area so it’s the best of every thing you can hope for when you need to relax from shopping.
