2nd stay in the castle, and always a perfect stay! We're not leaving. Everything is perfect, from the place to the decoration, to the staff. The Spa moment is a real escape moment, and everything is perfect. The equipment is of very high quality. Long live the 3rd stay

At this level of service, make pay 20 € per person, or 40 € the couple to go to SPA has shocked us a lot. and in addition you are entitled only one hour!!! In addition, a single towel for the swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, shower .... and no flip flops I had to claim from the spa to the reception !!!! It's very unpleasant and it wasn't announced on arrival. In the bathroom of our room, it took me almost 30 minutes to fill the bathtub with warm water. I can't get hot water. identical for the shower that has no pressure and you have to wait a few minutes to have hot water ... and fills it, at the time of departure, not even a commercial gesture for the inconveniences suffered. There was only the diner particularly successful both on the food and on the service.
