The Trigo Bakery - Ucon

Their donuts are absolutely delicious! We were looking for donuts while driving from Pocatello back to Montana. This was one of the only bakeries that happened to be open. They told us what was in their case was all that was leftover, but the donuts looked great so we took a dozen to go. Sooo tasty, fluffy, well balanced with the perfect amount of sweetness, and just one was enough to be filling. These were the best donuts my husband and I have had in a very long time and when ever we are on our way through Idaho Falls this will be a definite stop to try more of their menu.

They will make anything you want! I'm waiting for a quincinera or something to sample the goods, but the people are so nice! The store is so nice! I love the place!

We are always on the hunt for new bakeries and this one was a treat. Their croissants are so tender. Muffins are good. These pastries are not overly sweet which I appreciate. Nice little bakery.

I am so happy I found this traditional Mexican bakery. First, I was so sad thinking I was not going to be able to celebrate the Epiphany with the traditional Rosca de Reyes. However, I found them, they were kind enough to accept my last minute order. They have excellent costumer service. I wish many blessings and prosperity for your wonderful business.
