Unfortunately, that was a terrible experience. we waited for almost 2 hours for our food that was never shown. the host lied to us all the time, say them 10 minutes or their next after almost an hour we recognized the table before we were not served. at this point we told them that they cancel our order and politely left. my biggest concern, they do not lie their customers all the time. adequate expectations put to the capacity of the staff. if you can't serve anyone, say it and let her go with her evening. large waste of 2 hours my last night in costa rica.

This place is a hidden gem. Tito, the owner is super nice and you can tell that they put love and care into every meal and drink they create. If you looking for a quiet romantic spot or a place to meet with friends, look no further. The clam chowder, chicken curry and watermelon salad are unbelievably delicious. We’ll be back!

Osa-Thyme is now our top choice in Uvita. The pornstar dishes were delicious and there was a wonderful variety of small plates to create a diverse and flavorful meal. All the ingredients were obviously fresh and of high quality. The service was excellent, especially Tito's! I can't praise Osa-Thyme enough - it truly impressed us.

However, the downside is that they only serve one party or group at a time. I visited alone and had to wait an hour before I could even place my order, and then had to wait even longer to receive my meal. They turned away several groups because they seemed to be understaffed. There is only one chef who prepares each order individually, while the woman works as both a host and bartender. Overall, it's a great spot for good food and drinks, but be prepared to wait if you don't have a reservation.
