Cucina - Vail

We had breakfast here every day during our stay and couldn't have been more pleased. Our reservation for 7:30 AM was always honored, and we were warmly greeted and escorted to a lovely table with a stunning view of the terrace and mountains. The staff was friendly and efficient, promptly serving us hot coffee and quickly taking our orders. Although there was an impressive breakfast buffet available, we chose to order from the menu. The portion sizes were generous, and everything we tried was delicious, especially the blueberry pancakes! We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for the outstanding service and wonderful food!

The Christmas Eve buffet was delightful! I especially loved the sweet potato soup, the crab legs, and the delicate dishes. The service was excellent too!

The restaurant is overpriced for both the service and the food. The service was extremely slow, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. My partner had the avocado toast, which was quite good. However, the overall quality of the meal was diminished by the poor service and the high prices.

I was there at our reservation time of 11 o'clock to say they were closed. sounds like management must be aware of which time they offer for reservations. we will not return cucina in future or recommend.
