Service is really always amazing. Cocktails are amazing, music is divine. In summer, ask for a table outside the river. Recommendations: Wagyu Carpaccio Carbonada Lasagna Wagyu steak (above and beyond) Halibut Lemons and Honey, Chocolate Ganache
Visited for lunches was amazing in any way, very innovative/creative menu, and their rum based cocktail Espantos incredible. The staff was always warm and we had a great time. Very recommended.
More of the same from our favorite restaurant in Vail. New menu with very well executed tasty cocktails and creative food. Sean our server was well trained on new menu and made our experience delightful. Some of the highlights were Whipped Feta, Tatami, Ahi Crudo, Deviled Eggs, Octopus and Katsu Ramen. I could go on but you get the point. If you can get a table don't miss your opportunity.
Great general experience as usual. Service was spot on. One of the best meals you can have in Vail. For the Spring menu the Steak Tartare and Kanpachi Crudo appetizers were ok, but the Scampi pasta and the Lamb shank were fantastic. Restaurant is children friendly with a separate but delicious children’s menu. Highly recommend the children’s menu chicken pot pie as well.
One of the better restaurants in Vail village, be sure to make a reservation otherwise you’d be disappointed if they don’t have any available seats. Chicken tonkatsu ramen was delicious, noodles were tangy and springy, tonkatsu was fried to perfection, broth was clear and flavorful. Truffle lasagne was delicious but wouldn’t recommend to share as it was really rich and creamy. Caesar salad was simple and fresh, anchovies a tad salty but overall well balanced dish.
