The George Pub - Vail

Terrible terrible service and staff. I tried to go for a night cap with my parents and had my driver license taken away by staff and told the only way to retrieve it was by contacting the police. Both the manager and bouncer were terrible. All of this happened right after the bouncer had let in a group of customers without checking ID. I was very disappointed in the level of service.

Cool lower level bar with plenty of TVs to watch a game. Had a very light crowd the summer night we were there, but in the winter after a full day of skiing, I could see a line out the door and a packed bar with a mix of locals and tourists.

Good value. Had dinner one night, and stopped for drinks the next night. Everyone liked the crab legs and the filets.

Was there 1 night ago and spent over 100$ but place has terrible energy. I come back tonight and the bouncer says he needs to see me id as if I’m not 27. not my fault I take care of my skin and don’t want to look homeless. Don’t give them your money go somewhere else.

Casual dining spot. Average food in a fairly gloomy environment. It's a bit hard to find being attached to the Mountain Haus hotel down some steep stairs. I understand they have live music some nights, and I'm sure the place is buzzing then. But the night we visited there wasn't and there seemed no atmosphere at all :
