Was disappointed when I couldn’t add extras to my sandwich , and the lady at the drive thru was very rude

To start off the breakfast menu was not up. I’ve been coming this location for a little over 3 years so I already had an ideal if what I wanted. I ordered a number one meal, large potato, medium vanilla Dr Pepper no ice. I got to the window to pay and get my food. I was check my phone to see if my card was unlocked so I could purchase my food. I guess I was taking too long so the cashier which looked like the manager on duty slammed the window. So when I confirmed my card was unlocked and ready for use I held my card out to indicate that I was ready. I gave her my card she then gave me the food I told her my drink was without ice she closed the window and I could hear her ask someone did she order her drink with no ice? I thought that was unnecessary and unprofessional. I drove off, one I got up the road I notice she did not give me my card back so I went back and got my card, I theme asked for a receipt and she said i have to pull you up. Im not understanding why my receipt wasn’t with my card. I had somewhere to be so I couldn’t wait. The type of unprofessionalism and rudeness I encountered was a shame.

Tried to get food from here 3 separate times, each experience has been bad. Nasty speaking and looking employees, wrong orders given to me twice, last time the person spoke so nasty and rough I left without buying

I have been eating Wendy’s food for a while now and this is the worst experience I have ever had. The fries were extremely salty and had some sand seed in it because it literally felt like I eating sand. I had pineapple mango lemonade drink and it was not sweet at all. Worst experience ever!!!

Food tasted like it was cooked the day before. Service is horrible. They gipped us 1 10 PC nuggs.
