Earl's - Waimea

I really enjoy supporting our local spots like Earls, especially when it comes to their delicious Korean chicken bento roll. The portion sizes are very generous! I ordered a mini plate of Korean chicken along with a mini plate of beef stew, and I still received plenty of food.

The parking was easy, and the grab-and-go food was not only quick but also deliciously prepared. The teriyaki beef roll was outstanding, and my son particularly enjoyed the spam musubi. Be sure to arrive early; the restaurant opens at 5:30, and there’s a good selection available until about 9, but by that time, many items are already sold out. If you're passing by, I highly recommend stopping in, as there’s convenient parking in a dedicated lot. We enjoyed it so much that we stopped again on our way back from Hilo!

You can't go wrong with a visit here! The bentos, musubis, and plate lunches were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly as well!

This is a fantastic place in Waimea for a quick meal on the go. I arrived around 8 AM, and many of the popular dishes were already sold out, so I recommend getting there early! The portions are generous, the prices are great, and there's a no-frills vibe with friendly service. I was pleasantly surprised at how the Korean chicken stayed crispy, even while packed in a plastic container. It made for a delightful treat to enjoy on the beach!
