Jack's - Walnut

The food was terrible. The fries were overcooked and cold, my husband couldn’t eat his burger, it was cold,bun was stale, my chicken sandwich was tough and dry. Employees were standing around and not working as a team.We travel highway 72,quiet a bit. We do not plan on eating there ever again. Where the rest of my meat order a big breakfast sandwich and got robbed for my meat one little piece

This was our first Jacks experience. Was a great fast food place. We got an assortment of Burgers, chicken and chicken tenders. All were good. Nothing special but good for what it is. Service was really great and the place was very clean. Not bad at all!

Got about 4 burgers all filled with onions all I asked was for no pickles. Top it off it was a long wait and all I see is one of employees is on the phone. Then my drink full of ice when I asked for no ice and she never put it like that. Had to buy a drink somewhere else.
