Panda Express In Spr - Walterville

The broccoli beef was pathetic! Barely 2 small bites of beef with giant chunks of broccoli. Seriously, the broccoli was at least 2 inches in length way too big to be considered bite-sized and no knife to cut it with. It should be called broccoli hold the beef. I must be on a diet. I won't be ordering that ever again.

Doesn’t matter if there busy or just opened they don’t have anything cooked or ready showed up at 10am when the open as advertised sat in silence in drive through only one there for 10 mins before leaving waste of my life I will never get back. How do you even pay these people minimum wage? Worst Panda Express location I’ve ever been too!

The customer service and cleanliness is fine, but every time I come here the past couple months they give me the wrong food, or overcompensate with one dish because they were sparse with another. This particular time they gave me an abundance of an item I don’t like instead of an item I paid extra for. Again being sparse with the one entre I actually asked for. Anyone who’s been to this drive through knows it’s not an easy place to check your items before driving away. I’ll just go next door to Chinese sun from now on thank you.

Food is usually great, but why do I bother ordering online thinking my food will be ready when it says. I showed up a few minutes before my food was supposed to be ready. Got a notification it was ready and still waited 20 minutes for it. Meanwhile 15-20 customer came and gone while I waited. Online ordering is pointless!

Picking up an online order, not even started until nearly 30 minutes past time. They need training in order priority
