Hungry Jack's Burgers Wangara

The most useless customer service. Wait 20 minutes for a small whopper meal just for the order to be wrong. 2 people before us they got their orders wrong. Instead of consistently talking with eachother about what colour to die your feminine boys hair next. Do your job you are employed to do. Useless. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was good and prepared quickly. Chips were crispy and hot. Burgers were delicious! I ordered a beef one and a chicken one and both were absolutely delicious! Self service ordering which made it faster and less stressful as I could pick my order at my own pace but the screen on my kiosk was only half working so it made it hard to see and order from. Toilet doors don't lock properly at all and there was a bag of recreational drugs on the floor which wasn't cleaned up even after a staff member used the bathroom before me. Parking outside was good and easily accessible. Overall store was small in comparison to other Hungry Jack's so definitely might choose drive thru next time.

Whopper with cheese, well was disgusting, 1 strand of lettuce no pickle, but they cut the tomatoes so thick the whole thing was gross, chips cold ordered large got small drinks flat . Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–60 Food: 1 Service: 2

If their.food is not up to scratch then it starts frm the top...the managers. They don't train their workers properly at hjs wangara....especially that Rain (or cloud) watever her name is...
