I walked in and immediately the woman working behind the counter in the pink assumed I was an Uber Eats Driver and proceeded to read out an order to me. Once I said “no, I’m not with Uber Eats” she rudely said “what do you want?” As she made my burrito a few things stuck out to me. One, she didn’t state what different meats and options there were as she moved the food through the tables. She would stare until I asked, what do you have? Or what else is there? Secondly, she was putting the absolute bare minimum amount of food on my burrito. I watched her purposefully put half a spoonful of chicken, pico de gallo, onions etc. I had to ask her for another spoonful, to which she added more without charging me in the end (meaning she knew she was being disrespectful with the portions). Once I checked out I asked for the receipt and she gave me the copy that didn’t include her name. This experience was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced while getting food. The Uber driver comment made no sense to me, as I haven’t been to this location in well over a year. Additionally, I’m a black customer and she didn’t ask any of the following white customers if they were working for Uber Eats. Overall, this was a very poor customer experience/journey. I won’t be returning to this location.

Do not go to Moe's as a matter of fact you should consider yourself unwelcome here. Not only do these people not start with saying welcome to Moe's but they make sure you never come back by making sure the air in the restaurant smells of sewage and the food is nowhere near the quality or quantity that you get at other locations. I cannot believe the difference between this mode and one only 10 minutes away from this location this is absolutely awful and I truly believe corporate needs to get involved because they definitely have a sewage problem. Also the one girl that works there looks a little bit like Eeyore.
Portions are so skimpy it’s sad!Don’t waste your time here just go to QDOBA!!!The staff also could use some customer service lessons, both women were rude and unfriendly.
