Brass City Bistro - Waterbury

I visited this restaurant with a group of coworkers, and we were truly impressed! The portion sizes are enormous! We decided to share the chicken parmesan for an additional $4, and it was absolutely worth it! Each of us ordered our own salads and entrees, and we still ended up with leftovers to take home. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals, and we will definitely be returning! The place has an authentic Italian vibe, a friendly waiter, and a really pleasant atmosphere overall.

The food is exceptional, reminiscent of a top-notch restaurant in Manhattan. The drinks are flawless and well-crafted, and the service is impeccable. Everything is timed just right. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I'm in the area.

Amassing look and service. The food was delicious and not too pricey. If you pass by Waterbury and you like Italian food. You have to stop here specifically in Christmas time.

I was randomly in the mood for a salad and looked online and found this restaurant. M G! I was definitely pleasantly surprised when I came home and opened my food! The garden salad with shrimp and Parmesan Pepperjack Dressing is delicious! I also ordered the Calamari Frita! I just ate the salad and ate the rest in a while. The Kalamari is sooo good! The restaurant is really nice with outdoor restaurants and the staff is friendly, professional and fast. Thanks for your service.
